YOUTH ACADEMY/YOUTH IN CRISIS PROGRAM
The Youth Academy/Youth in Crisis Program is an umbrella of activities that help nurture, educate and guide children by teaching them discipline, self-esteem, respect and self-awareness. Children 5 to 7 participates in the Ebony Youth Program. Youth 9 to 14 are encouraged to join computer skills training classes, African dance and drumming, the Alkebulan Male Fancy Drill Team and the Buckle Kids. Program hours are Monday-Friday 3p.m. to 8p.m. Summer hours are noon to 8 p.m.
